Consistent Pacing Leads to Top Division Finish Rob Gaskill delivered a standout performance at the 2026 Runtastic HEBER 5K, showcasing excellent pacing and endurance throughout. He demonstrated consistent improvement across each mile split, starting with an 8:33 min/mile pace, then improving to 8:22 min/mile in the second split, and finishing strong with a 7:39 min/mile on the final mile. This acceleration strategy contributed to his overall time of 25:07, finishing with an impressive average pace of 8:06 min/mile. His consistent effort paid off as he secured 1st place in the M60-64 division. Overall, Rob placed 21st among 245 participants, and 16th in the men's category, illustrating his competitive edge.
