Steady Pace with Slight Improvements in Final Stages Czarina Azzam's performance at the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K demonstrated a commendable effort with a consistent pace throughout the 10K course. Her initial mile was completed in a time of 12:09 with a pace of 12:09 min/mile, showing strong positioning early on. Throughout the race, there was a noticeable increase in pace initially, with split times averaging around 15 to 16 minutes per mile. The final mile revealed improved pacing at 15:00 min/mile, indicating strong endurance towards the end. Czarina completed the 10K in 1:34:06, averaging a pace of 15:10 min/mile. She showed determination by gaining back some positions in the final stretch, finishing 1402nd overall after slipping during earlier miles. In the Female 35-39 division, she ended up 121st, pointing towards room for further advancement.
