Consistent Effort with Optimized Finish Osman started the race with a promising initial mile at a 12:10 min/mile pace. However, the pace gradually decreased, with subsequent miles recorded at paces of 14:55, 16:17, 16:15, 16:43, and a final mile recovery pace of 15:01 min/mile. His overall elapsed pace settled at 15:10 min/mile over the 10K distance, which indicates some effective pacing towards the end as he managed to finish strongly. In terms of placement, Osman showed commendable efforts in the M35-39 division in a competitive field of runners. His performance placed him 93rd within his division, out of 1424 overall finishers. To improve future performance, consider focusing on maintaining an even pace throughout the race.
