Consistent Splits with a Strong Finish Gina Pierce demonstrated a steady performance at the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K. Consistency was evident in her splits, maintaining a close range of paces between 11:18 and 12:26 minutes per mile. Notably, her split pace dipped to an impressive 11:18 min/mile at mile 3, showcasing her capability of maintaining a stronger pace mid-race. Her overall completion time of 1:12:52 resulted in a pace of 11:45 min/mile over the 10K distance. Within her division of F55-59, Gina placed 25th, which reflects dedication given the field size. Participation with the BGR! Houston team could provide further competitive benefits.
