Her initial mile was completed in 10:52, maintaining a strong start. Over the next few miles, her pace slightly decreased, with the second mile at 11:08 and the third at 11:38. The progression of her splits indicates a steady effort across the course, as seen with the fourth mile at 12:18 and the fifth at 12:03. Debra completed the 10K in 1:13:22, achieving an average pace of 11:50 min/mile, finishing 916th overall out of 2010 participants. As a member of TeamFA, her performance placed her 470th among female competitors and 56th in her division (F40-44). Focused speed work could enhance her pacing strategy in her next race.
