Consistent Start with Strategic Sprint Ravindran Ramaswamy from Princeton, NJ, participated in the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly and consistently maintained an early split pace of 11:24 min/mile through the first four miles. The fifth mile saw an impressive improvement with a split time of 10:57 min/mile, a significant gain that highlighted strategic mileage management.
