His placement highlights included finishing 72nd in his division of M40-44, placing 994th in his gender category, and 1344th overall out of 11,587 participants. Lee displayed a noticeable progression in his pacing. Starting with an 8:54 min/mile on the first mile, he significantly improved, culminating in his fastest split pace of 6:46 min/mile on the final mile. Consistent improvement was evident especially from the 10th to the 13th mile, where his pace consistently dropped below 8:00 min/mile. For future races, maintaining the momentum he built in the latter half could further improve results.
