Consistent Performance with Division Domination Alicia Fout executed a strong performance at the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly 7K event. Her consistent pace and impressive stamina were evident through the splits, beginning with a 6:42 min/mile pace in the first mile, placing her 15th overall. She maintained an impressive ranking by solidifying her position as 4th among females and consistently securing 1st place in the F35-39 division throughout the race. While the 4th mile witnessed a pace drop to 7:19 min/mile, Alicia still managed to finish the race with a solid overall time of 30:08, achieving an average pace of 6:55 min/mile. Concluding with the 5th position among females and an outstanding 1st in her division, Alicia's effort placed her 19th overall in a field of 2779 participants. Continuing to work on maintaining speed in the latter part of the race could see her advance even further.
