Consistent Effort with Room for Endurance Improvements Yasmin Alberto finished the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly Half Marathon with a time of 3:16:50, pacing at 15:01 min/mile. Her performance placed her 5044th among female participants and 239th in the F45-49 division, out of a total of 11587 participants. Yasmin began with an initial mile pace of 13:50, which she was able to maintain consistently for the first part of the race. However, the split times indicate a gradual decline in pace as the race progressed, most notably seen in Mile 7, where the split time increased to 16:52 min/mile. A more pronounced slowdown occurred after Mile 9. Improving stamina and maintaining a steadier pace in the latter half could lead to improved performance. Incorporating interval training and longer consistent-paced runs could benefit Yasmin in sustaining her pace throughout the entire course.
