In the latter half, Erica's pace slightly decelerated, with splits recorded at 11:18 and 11:26 min/mile for miles three and four respectively. While her placement within the overall and gender categories dropped, she showcased persistence and maintained composure, ultimately completing the 7K with an average pace of 11:15 min/mile.
