Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Highlight Successful Race Alec Reiss maintained an impressive and remarkably consistent pace throughout the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly Half Marathon. Starting with an initial mile paced at 5:51, Alec gradually improved his pace, highlighting his endurance. Around the half-way mark, he clocked his fastest mile at 5:28 in the 8th mile, demonstrating a strong surge during the latter half of the race. In terms of placement, Alec showcased consistency by maintaining his position steadily among the top 25 runners. He completed the half marathon in an excellent time of 1:14:14, with an overall pace of 5:40 min/mile, placing 24th overall out of 11,586 participants and 10th in his age group of M25-29. This performance certainly reflects great pacing strategy and endurance.
