Consistent Pace with Opportunities for Strength Gains Halusine Kanu maintained a strong and consistent pace throughout the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly Half Marathon, clocking an average pace of 9:22 min/mile. Notably, he completed the first four miles at exactly 9:06 min/mile, impressively demonstrating his ability to sustain a steady cadence. Splits between miles 5 and 7 showed a slight decrease in pace, but he managed to pick up the speed again between miles 8 and 11, where his fastest mile was 8:43 min/milean excellent recovery.
