Consistent Progression with a Strong Finish Connor MULVEY maintained a steady pace throughout the 7K race, finishing strong with an elapsed time of 37:09 and an average pace of 8:32 min/mile. Notably, between the 2-mile and 3-mile marks, Connor picked up the pace, achieving his fastest split at 8:02 min/mile, showing an ability to push harder as the race progressed. His splits reflect upward momentum in terms of pace, especially between the 2nd and 4th miles where he managed to shave off critical seconds per mile. Connor achieved 5th place in his division, M15-19, out of the total participants. His placement improved notably from 111th overall and 68th in the male category at the 1-mile mark to 62nd and 41st respectively by the 3-mile mark, before finishing 129th overall and 83rd for his gender. Continuous effort to maintain the mid-race pace could help further improve his performance in future events.
