His initial placement saw him in the top 6% overall, with a 93rd position in his division. This consistent pace demonstrated a strong start, maintaining ranks and positions across early miles. After mile 3, Daniel held an average pace of 7:48 min/mile through mile 7. During mile 8, an increase in split time to 14:29 min/mile saw Daniel's overall placement drop. Despite this segment challenge, he showed resilience by significantly picking up pace in the subsequent miles. Notably, the last mile was Daniel's fastest at 7:24 min/mile.
