Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Richard maintained a steady pace from miles 1 to 5 with an impressive 9:59 minute per mile average. Notably, he held the same pace for the first three miles. A slight dip occurred between miles 6 and 9, where pace varied from 10:00 to 10:55 minutes per mile. However, Richard recovered beautifully in the final mile, recording a split pace of 9:20 minutes per mile, which was his fastest split time. Throughout the race, Richard showed resilience. He adjusted his pace effectively when required, especially with a significant push in the last mile. Ending with an overall time of 2:13:02 and an average pace of 10:09 minutes per mile, Richard's performance was robust. Theres an opportunity to stabilize the pace drops between miles 6 and 9. His future races could benefit from maintaining pacing consistency experienced in the initial miles. Well done on a commendable finish!
