Steady Start with a Strong Finish Paige maintained a consistent pace in the initial miles, averaging an 8:27 min/mile through the first four miles. This consistency highlights her strong start and ability to remain focused early in the race. At mile 5, Paige picked up the pace to 8:20 min/mile, displaying an impressive burst of energy and maintaining a solid pace through mile 6. In the latter part of the race, notably at mile 9, Paige encountered a slowdown, hitting a 10:12 min/mile split. Despite this, she quickly regained her rhythm, finishing mile 13 with an impressive 8:19 min/mile split. Overall, Paige completed the half marathon with a time of 1:52:29, maintaining an average pace of 8:35 min/mile. Focusing on sustaining that end pace throughout could significantly enhance overall performance and placement in future events. Nicely done!
