Strong Finish with Consistent Pacing Thiago Gomes demonstrated a solid and consistent performance at the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly Half Marathon. He completed the 13.1-mile course with an overall time of 1:46:26 and maintained an average pace of 8:07 min/mile. While his starting mile was 8:43 min/mile, he quickly picked up the pace, recording strong mid-race splits around 8:16 min/mile, with a notable acceleration to 7:20 min/mile at mile 8. This surge played a significant role in maintaining his competitive position, ending 1,645th overall out of 11,586 participants, and 1,181st among male runners. Thiago displayed improvements in place rankings, particularly in the latter part of the race. Notably, miles 11 and 13 witnessed faster splits of 7:37 and 7:44 min/mile, respectively.
