Consistent Mid-Race Performance with Strong Pace Mayra Medina maintained a strong overall performance in the 2026 Saucony Love Run Philly Half Marathon. Notably, Mayra improved her division rank from 37th at the 1-mile mark to 26th by the 4th mile, demonstrating a strong push through the early stages.
