Consistent Performance Holds Strong Ryan Wing delivered a remarkable performance at the 2026 Runtastic NEBO Half Marathon, maintaining a consistent pace throughout. Starting with a solid 6:06 min/mile in the first mile, he impressively kept his pace closely aligned, averaging 6:13 min/mile overall. His fastest mile split appeared at both mile five and six, clocking in at a brisk 6:03 min/mile. Ryan demonstrated endurance and strategic running, as seen with his placement improving throughout, ultimately achieving a notable 14th place overall, 8th among male runners out of 923 total participants, and 2nd in his division of M45-49. Ryans pacing strategy paid off particularly in the latter miles, solidifying his placement. Of note, during mile 11, he achieved his strongest gender placing, moving up to 4th. Areas to further refine could include maintaining the momentum in the last mile without losing the established pace. His effort is commendable, showing both strength and consistency, especially within his division category.
