Outstanding Progression and Speed Control Demonstrated Throughout the 10K Jackson DiNicola maintained an impressive pace during the Runtastic NEBO 10K. Starting with a 7:36 pace for the first mile, he improved consistently, finishing the sixth mile with a strong 6:48 pace. Impressively placing 1st in his division (M14 & Under), his performance in this division speaks volumes about his endurance and capability. Throughout the race, Jackson consistently demonstrated strong pacing strategies. From the second mile onward, he held a sub-7:20 pace, finishing with an average of 7:04 min/mile. Notably, his stand-out performance was improving from 4th to 1st in his division over the course of the race, highlighting his stamina and strategic progress. He finished 19th overall out of 330 participants, while also moving up to 13th in his gender category. Focusing on the last sector where the pace dropped slightly could further elevate his standing in future races.
