It's noteworthy that Abby secured the 3rd place in her F35-39 division, a testament to her well-maintained pace and stamina throughout the race. Abby's performance data shows effective pacing strategy, particularly with a notable surge in the fifth mile, where she achieved the fastest split of 8:39. This effort lifted her from 3rd to 1st place in her division briefly. Her ability to regain position and maintain it is commendable. To further elevate her performance, focusing on starting more aggressively within a controlled threshold might help. Congratulations to Abby and "Girls Who Run" on this achievement!
