Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Brian Teo posted an impressive performance at the 2026 Ogden Marathon 5K. With a solid start, he completed the first mile in 7:26, maintaining a steady pace throughout the race. His splits were consistent, demonstrating an admirable ability to sustain speed, with mile two at 7:20 and mile three at 7:30. Notably, his position improved with each mile, moving up from 11th to 8th overall by the end of the third mile, finishing 5th in gender and 1st in his division M14-18 for the mile three split. Brian completed the 5K in 22:55, with an average pace of 7:23 min/mile. He placed 9th overall out of 653 participants and 6th in the male category. Although his overall time was slightly slower than last year's 21:59, his improved placing in the division to 2nd indicates progress in competitive standing. Polishing end race speed might enhance his results even further.
