Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish Relay Ethan Zhou's Team delivered a remarkable performance at the 2026 Ogden Marathon. The team maintained a strong pace early on, clocking a consistent 7:18 min/mile for several of the initial miles. Notably, they secured the top male position throughout the entire race. With a total finish time of 3:42:52 and an overall pace of 8:30 min/mile, the team showcased endurance and consistency. The team's pace dipped slightly between miles 8 and 13, with split paces reaching as high as 11:30 min/mile, but they recovered well. Impressive sprints were recorded in the early miles and towards the end with 6:48 min/mile during mile 14. This strategy helped them clinch 1st place in the male gender category and 3rd in the Corporate Cup division. Focusing on maintaining consistent high-speed splits across the entirety of the course could further enhance future race results.
