Steady Improvement Shown Over 5K Distance Gabriel Lara showed a commendable performance during the 2026 Ogden Marathon 5K event with consistent improvements each mile. Starting strong, Gabriel completed the first mile at a pace of 8:27 min/mile, progressively improving to an 8:17 min/mile pace in the second mile. Impressively, he further reduced his split pace to 8:11 min/mile in the third mile.
