Their consistent pacing is clearly demonstrated by their overall average pace of 8:34 min/mile for the 26.2-mile event. Beginning with an initial mile split of 7:49 and maintaining paces mostly within the 8-minute range through the early to mid-race, the team displayed commendable endurance.
