Consistent Pacing Secures Top Division Finish Isaac Allen completed the 2026 Ogden Marathon Half Marathon with a total time of 1:19:18, resulting in a strong division placement as 3rd in the M19-24 category. He maintained a consistent pace throughout the race, with an average pace of 6:03 min/mile. The race saw him start with a solid opening mile of 6:34 min/mile and then improve in the second mile with a faster 5:57 min/mile split. Allen showed impressive endurance, particularly from mile 4 to mile 10, where he consistently kept his pace under 6:00 min/mile. His fastest split was recorded at mile 10 with a time of 5:38. He performed particularly well in the latter stages of the race, achieving his highest overall placing at the 9-mile mark, where he was in 4th place. Fine-tuning the final two miles could give him an advantage to further enhance his overall performance in subsequent races.
