Strong Start and Consistent Effort in Mid-Distance Race Jordan Simmons, from Farr West, UT, showcased an impressive start at the 2026 Ogden Marathon's 8.2-mile event. Highlighting his consistent initial effort, Jordan led his M19-24 division early and achieved notable placements of 9th, 12th, and 8th overall through the first three miles. As the race progressed, Jordan's pacing adjusted slightly, with the final two miles at 8:34 and 9:31 minutes per mile respectively. He concluded the race in 1:03:58, averaging a 7:50 min/mile pace and finishing 3rd in his division.
