Consistent Pace and Division Victory Jordan Jones delivered a strong performance at the 2026 Runtastic Steel Days 10K. Starting with a swift first mile of 6:25 min/mile, her pace was well-maintained throughout the race. Impressively, her pace only fluctuated slightly, with the slowest mile at 7:57 min/mile in the third mile, but she regained momentum with a sub-7-minute pace in the fourth mile at 6:58 min/mile. Jordan's ability to hold a steady pace resulted in an overall pace of 7:10 min/mile. Jordan secured first place in the Female 25-29 division. Maintaining third place in her gender for most of the race, her strategic pacing allowed her to finish fourth among females and 11th overall out of 171 participants. The consistent pacing across miles is commendable, showing strong race strategy and execution. Continuing to work on even pace distribution could enhance her performance further in future races.
