Consistent Performance with Top Division Finish Adam Nissen from Provo, UT, delivered an impressive race at the 2026 Runtastic Steel Days 5K with an elapsed time of 19:14, maintaining a strong average pace of 6:12 min/mile. His splits reveal a solid start with a 5:55 first mile. Though he experienced a slight decrease moving into the second mile with a 6:30 pace, he regained control in the third mile with a consistent 6:12 pace. Adam achieved 18th in his gender, 20th overall out of 472 participants, and notably clinched 1st place in the M25-29 division. His maintenance of a strong pace throughout much of the race was instrumental in securing the top divisional spot. For future races, maintaining the initial speed from mile one through to later segments could further enhance his overall rankings. Great effort, particularly in holding the division lead throughout!
