Strong Start, Consistent Finish Michael Jones delivered an impressive performance at the 2026 Runtastic Steel Days 5K. Starting strong, he led the pack with a remarkably quick first mile at a 5:05 min/mile pace. While he settled into second place by the second mile, he maintained a fast pace of 5:23 min/mile and closed the third mile with a faster 5:06 min/mile. Ultimately, Michael finished with a total time of 15:59 and a consistent overall pace of 5:09 min/mile. His consistent performance secured him second place overall among 472 participants and within the male division. His ability to maintain a strong pace throughout the race is commendable.
