Impressive Pace and Consistent Performance Luke Hejny demonstrated strong running skills in the 2026 Runtastic Steel Days 5K. He maintained a consistent pace, improving between each mile. Starting with a 5:43 min/mile, he advanced to a 5:51 min/mile in the second mile and ultimately hit 5:22 min/mile in the final mile. Luke had an overall time of 17:32, equating to an average pace of 5:39 min/mile. Notably, Luke excelled in his division, placing first in the M14 & Under category. His placements were consistent throughout the race; he started 14th overall and strategically moved up to 7th by the end. Within his gender division, he finished strong, landing in the 6th position. Out of 472 participants, these results highlight Luke's potential and impressive capabilities at such a young age. Future performances will benefit from maintaining this strong pacing strategy.
