Consistent Performance with Strong Division Finish Mae Glassford showcased a strong performance at the 2026 Runtastic Steel Days 5K. Her overall completion time was 19:16, averaging a pace of 6:13 minutes per mile. In the first mile, Mae set a robust pace with a time of 5:52, earning her 21st place overall and 5th in her gender category. Her second-mile split of 6:23 allowed her to improve her standing to 18th overall. Mae maintained a steady pace through the third mile with a 6:26 split, finishing 21st overall. Impressively, she secured 2nd place in her F15-19 division out of 472 participants.
