Consistent Performance Despite Slower Pace Spencer's performance at the 2026 Runtastic Dino 5K showcased his ability to maintain a steady pace. His initial 6:33 min/mile split placed him 9th overall and 1st in his division, setting a strong tone. Despite a gradual slow in pace, he maintained a top position in his division, finishing the race in 22:12 with an average pace of 7:09 min/mile. While his pace dropped in the subsequent splits, particularly an 8:02 min/mile on the third mile, Spencer still managed to secure 2nd place in the M20-24 division. This indicates a strong start and a steady finish with resilience in maintaining a competitive position throughout the race.
