Consistent Pace and Strong Division Finish Shane Fowles maintained an impressive and consistent pace throughout the course of the 2026 Runtastic Marathon 5K event. Splits show a steady performance, starting with a 7:27 min/mile pace for both the first and second miles. Shane managed to slightly increase his speed in the third mile by clocking in at 7:20 min/mile. He completed the race with a strong overall elapsed pace of 7:23 min/mile. Shane finished with an official time of 22:55, placing 14th overall among 202 participants, 12th in the male category, and 3rd in the M35-39 division.
