Strong finish and top-20 age-group result Natasha Delcourt ran 5.0 km in 26:01, averaging 5:12/km at Run The Wharf in London. She placed 17th in the Female 4145 division, 395th female, and 1513th overall out of 5624 finishers. Representing Greenwich Runners, she stayed close to her average throughout and closed the race with her quickest kilometre. Her opening 2 km were especially efficient at 5:09 and 5:08, moving her up to 15th in her age group by 2 km. After a slightly slower middle section of 5:22 and 5:18, she finished strongly with a 5:06 final kilometre, the fastest of her race. That late-speed rebound is a useful marker; smoothing out kilometres 3 and 4 could bring her overall time down further in future evening 5Ks.
