Strong finish and top age-group showing over 5K Craig ran 5.00 km in 23:22, averaging 4:40/km. His best result was 21st in the mens 5155 division, and he finished 893rd of 5,624 overall. In a fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf, that places him well inside the top 16% of the field and roughly top 10% in his age group. His pacing was controlled across the race: 4:39, 4:46, 4:54, 4:42, then a quickest final kilometre of 4:24. That late acceleration was a clear strength, gaining places over the closing 2 km after the third kilometre. The main opportunity is the middle section, where pace drifted to 4:54/km before he reset well. If he can hold closer to his opening rhythm through kilometre 3, there is scope for a faster overall time.
