Steady 5K with a Strong Closing Kilometre Bianka completed the 5K in 42:01, averaging 8:24/km across 5.00 km. She placed 366th in the Female 3135 division and finished ahead of roughly a third of the 5,624-person field. Her opening kilometre was 7:55, followed by 8:27, 8:38, 8:37 and a quicker final kilometre of 8:24. The standout stat is the rebound at the end: after two mid-race kilometres at 8:38 and 8:37, she closed 13 seconds faster over the last kilometre. She also gained places early, moving from 375th to 352nd in her division by 2 km. For future races, aiming to hold the second kilometre closer to the first could support a more even overall pace. Run The Wharfs closed-road evening format in Canary Wharf makes this a sharp, social 5K effort.
