Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Antalya Ma #5847 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Strong finish and well-paced closing 2km Antalya covered 5.00km in 30:54, averaging 6:10/km. She finished 2647th of 5624, placing in the top 47% overall, and was 978th female. In her female 2630 division, she placed 311th. This evening Canary Wharf 5K is known for its fast closed-road format, and her result showed a solid, controlled effort. Her pacing trend was notable: 1km in 6:08, 2km in 6:18, and 3km in 6:36, before a strong rebound with 4km in 6:03 and a fastest final kilometre of 5:50. That meant she ran the second half in 11:53, quicker than the 12:26 opening 2km plus 6:36 third kilometre trend suggested. As a coachs note, holding a steadier rhythm through the middle kilometres could unlock a faster overall time, especially given how well she closed.
