Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Yaswi Agarwal #3228 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Quick Opening, Then Pace Settled Over 5K Yaswi covered 5.00 km in 36:14, averaging 7:14/km. Her fastest kilometre was the first in 6:31/km, and she reached 2 km in 13:46 before settling into a steadier rhythm. From 2 km to the finish, each kilometre stayed between 7:22/km and 7:44/km, showing a fairly consistent second half. She finished 3445th of 5624 overall, placing in the top 61% of the field. In the womens standings, she was 1513th, and 316th in the female 3135 category. A useful next step as a coachs note: aim to bring kilometres 35 closer to the opening pace, which would improve overall time. In an evening Canary Wharf 5K known for its fast closed roads and social atmosphere, that strong first kilometre stands out.
