Fast Start and Strong Age-Group Result Milos ran 5.0km in 20:34, averaging 4:06/km. He placed 400th of 5,624 overall and 8th in the Male 5155 division, a strong age-group result in a large field. His opening kilometre was his quickest at 3:52, and he was still under 4:00/km through 2km with 7:59 on the clock. From there, his pace settled to 4:14/km for the third kilometre and 4:17/km for the fourth before he closed well with a 4:06 final kilometre. That late response was a good sign, especially in a fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf. As a coachs note, a slightly more even middle section could help turn that sharp first kilometre into a faster overall time next time.
