Her pacing was consistent across the full distance: 1 km in 4:45, 2 km in 4:36, 3 km in 4:50, 4 km in 4:46, and 5 km in 4:49. The quickest kilometre came early, and she held close to that rhythm with only a 14-second spread between fastest and slowest kilometres. From a coaching view, that level pacing is a strength; a slightly stronger final kilometre could move an already solid run even higher.
