She placed 62nd in the Female 5155 division, 1,684th among women, and 3,703rd overall out of 5,624 finishers. Her quickest section came late, with a final kilometre of 7:12, well ahead of her overall average. Her pacing showed a steady opening 2K in 16:18 at 8:09/km, a slower third kilometre, then a rebound over the closing 2K in 15:22 at 7:41/km. Moving from 67th to as high as 61st in her age group during the race is a useful sign that she finished stronger than many around her. As a coachs note: building a slightly smoother middle kilometre could help bring the overall time down further on future 5Ks like this fast evening Canary Wharf run.
