Her fastest section was the opening kilometre in 6:09, and she reached 2 km in 13:16 at 6:38/km average. From there, the pace eased to 7:18, 7:50, and 7:28 for the final three kilometres. That gave her a 14:15 first 2 km versus 15:18 for the last 2 km, showing a strong start before some fade late on. As a coachs note, the early speed is a clear positive; a slightly more even effort across kilometres 25 could help convert that fast opening into a quicker overall 5K on this closed-road Canary Wharf course.
