Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Harsh Aggarwal #7899 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Quick Start, Then Better Closing Rhythm He covered 5.00 km in 1:14:50, averaging 14:58 min/km. His fastest kilometre was the opening 1 km in 7:07, and he finished 160th in the mens 4145 division out of 5,624 total participants. In the closed-road Canary Wharf evening 5K, this was a steady completion for EBRD Runners. After the sharp first kilometre, the middle of the race slowed: 13:07 for km 2 and 27:20 for km 3. The final 2 km were more even, with 13:45 and 13:32, and he also gained a little pace from 15:19 min/km at 4 km to 14:58 min/km by the finish. As a coachs note, the key focus is pacing: a more controlled opening would likely support a steadier middle section and a stronger overall average.
