Her quickest kilometre was the opening 1 km in 5:09, and she closed well with a 5:25 final kilometre after the middle section settled into 5:38, 5:45 and 5:42. From a coaching view, this was a solid effort with a notable late response: the final kilometre was 20 seconds quicker than kilometre 3. The main opportunity is pacing efficiency, as the 36-second gap between the first and third kilometres suggests the opening pace may have been a little ambitious.
