Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Isaac Adni #5012 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast Middle Kilometres Built a Strong 5K He ran 5.00 km in 18:12, averaging 3:38/km. In a field of 5,624, he placed 127th overall, with a strong mid-pack elite showing: 66th in Male Elite and 19th in Male Elite 1825. His quickest kilometre was km 1 in 3:29, and he also produced a sharp km 4 in 3:31. The race was built on a solid middle section: after opening in 3:29, he covered km 24 in 3:41, 3:38 and 3:31, moving up from 134th overall at 2 km to 99th by 3 km and holding that through 4 km. The final kilometre slowed to 3:55, which cost a few places late. As a coachs note, maintaining the km 24 rhythm deeper into the last kilometre would likely bring the next step forward on a fast evening 5K course through Canary Wharf.
