Her quickest kilometre was the first in 5:10/km, and she reached 2 km in 10:54 before finishing strongly through a Canary Wharf evening 5K built for quick running and good atmosphere. Her pacing shows a clear early move: 5:10, 5:44, 5:48, 6:13, then back to 5:44/km. That final kilometre matching kilometre two is a useful positive, especially after the slower fourth. As a coachs note, a slightly more even first 3 km could help preserve speed later and reduce the drop from kilometre one to four.
