In a large evening field through Canary Wharf, that age-group podium stands out. Her pacing was steady across the first 4 km: 4:19, 4:18, 4:22, and 4:24, before a sharp final kilometre in 4:06, the fastest of the race. She also moved up from 664th overall at 1 km to 524th at the finish, gaining 140 places. From a coaching view, the finish speed shows strong reserve; a small push between 3 km and 4 km could bring the overall time down further.
