Strong finish with steady sub-5:40/km pacing Olivia covered 5.00 km in 27:56, averaging 5:35/km. She placed 1,996th of 5,624 overall, 606th among women, and 121st in the womens 3135 division. In a large evening 5K through Canary Wharf, that was a solid mid-pack result backed by very even pacing. Her km splits were consistent: 5:40, 5:37, 5:35, 5:38, then a fastest final kilometre of 5:27. She improved pace across the first 3 km, held it through 4 km, and closed strongly over the last kilometre. That finishing speed is the standout stat here. As a coaching note, aiming to carry that 5th-km pace a little earlierespecially through km 3 to 4could help lower the overall time next race.
