Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Khaled El Hariri #734 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Strong finish with progressively quicker pacing Khaled ran 5.00 km in 23:58, averaging 4:47/km at Run The Wharf in Canary Wharfs closed-road evening 5K. He finished 1042nd of 5624 overall, placing in roughly the top 19% of the field. In the male 2630 division, he was 201st, and 682nd among men. His pacing improved well after the opening kilometre: 5:11, 4:47, 4:45, 4:51, then a fastest final kilometre of 4:26. He moved up from 1355th at 1 km to 1042nd by the finish, gaining 313 places overall, including 199 places among men. That closing kilometre stands out and suggests there may be scope to push a little earlier over the middle kilometres while keeping that strong finish.
